In 2019 we won the tender for the organization of the 140th anniversary celebration activities with a project of round tables in the embassies of the Client's countries of interest. The first took place on June 27, 2019 in Washington.
We proposed the topic of the discussion, selected and contacted the speakers, drafted press and conference documentation, managed the organization and relations with the embassy, promoted the event on various digital platforms, coordinated the social managers of the speakers and the client , defined the schedule of the event, created all graphics and video editing. The project involved the whole team in Carpi plus the American team.
